Smart design reclaimes space from a steep hillside.

• A complete makeover of a single level 60’s-style home transformed this family home into a two story Craftsman with private balconies and well designed windows to take advantage of the previously untapped dazzling views of Mt. Tamalpais.
• The remake allowed for the design of a large, light-filled well-placed staircase that captures the views while directing the flow through the house naturally and comfortably.
• The layout was restructured to successfully incorporate indoor/outdoor living on a steep hillside lot.
